As promised, we keep full transparency and tell you everything that happens with your donations. Towards the end of the 4th quarter 2019, our board will discuss to whom we give the award. Meanwhile, we stack up 100% of your donations. Parkinsonline will probably double that, so keep buying CDs.
We begin the 3rd quarter with € 3.390 in our account, and the figure is still climbing up. That equals around 400 CDs sold, and not yet includes digital rights. I still have 600 CDs in my house, so keep buying them for yourself, and all your friends. They’re even family friendly 🙂
If you want to give, order the CD with the button (jetzt kaufen/buy now) to your right, or simply transfer any money directly into the account. Thanks.
Apparently Michael J Fox performed a duet with the great Paul Simon, but unfortunately none of them responded to my enquiries. The only proof is in the picture above, found somewhere on the Fox Foundation’s website without the music. A pity, because I would have loved to listen to them singing together. Could it perhaps go on Volume 2 of Parkinsong Duets?
Stefan Weber (8 November 1946 – 7 June 2018) was an Austrian art teacher and the lead singer and Kapellmeister of the Viennese band Drahdiwaberl. Weber founded the band in 1969 in the wake of the events of 1968. Drahdiwaberl were infamous for their elaborate stage shows which often include bizarre and, as some claim, disgusting elements.
